That, he says, is the exact blind spot &#8220;vibe coding&#8221; produces: building software through natural-language prompts optimizes for whether a feature does what you asked, not for what else it can be made to do with input it was never designed to receive. His deeper point is that goal-driven agents explore paths their own developers never anticipated, and traditional code review was built to catch mistakes in written instructions, not emergent behavior from a system pursuing a goal.
