To support these leaders, WealthManagement.com and The Oasis Group formed a strategic partnership in 2023 to convene the industry’s top technology minds for candid, peer-driven discussion. These forums, known as the CTO Think Tanks, bring together c-suite executives from leading wealth management firms with more than $1 billion AUM.

The seventh CTO Think Tank took place in June 2025 at the Wealth Management Edge Conference in Boca Raton, Florida. This most recent gathering continued our tradition of collaboration, with a carefully selected cohort of 18 CTOs and COOs who are actively leading digital and operational transformations within their organizations. The forum’s format remains open and conversational, designed to foster meaningful exchange around strategic challenges and innovations shaping the future of wealth management technology.
